Nikhil Kamath saw Kohli as the new ‘Bangalore Boy’, when RCB won its first IPL Trophy, ending the 18 -year waiting.

Nikhil Kamath of Zeroda praised Virat Kohli as Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) won their first IPL Trophy after almost two decades. Honoring the Ace cricketer from Delhi, Kamath said that after the victory, Kohli became a “Bangalore boy”.

“Virat Kohli you are #Bangaloreboy today. Congratulations to RCB,” he wrote with a heart emoji in an Instagram story.

Kamath’s comments came a few hours after the IPL team defeated Punjab Kings. With some balls to go, an emotional Virat Kohli was seen fighting with the tears of mistrust because an 18 -year -old dream came close to becoming a reality with every moment.
