The new price adjustment will be positive news for small businesses along with commercial installations, including restaurants, hotels, and others, which greatly rely on the LPG for their operations.
In India, about 90 percent of LPG consumption is used for domestic cooking, while the remaining 10 percent are used in industrial, commercial and motor vehicle areas.
LPG prices will vary from state to state depending on local taxes and transport costs.
