After climbing upwards for the last few days, gold prices have come down slightly today as the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) was cited as a gold index. 99,280 for every 10 grams of metal at IST at 10.25 am on 17 June.

According to a report by Livemint, Gold futures Contracts for August 2025 dropped 1.44 percent or by it 1,451 per 10 grams for one intraday low 98,825 per 10 grams on Monday.
MCX silver rates are quoted today 1,06,788 at 10.27 pm, while standing at a metal bullion rate 106,930 per kg from yesterday to 0.260%.
