This programme contains the original six modules from Point Blank Music School's famous Music Production & Sound Engineering Diploma, a ground breaking and innovative programme that has been enjoyed by thousands of students in over twenty-five years as a music production course leader. Equivalent to year one of our BA (Hons) Music Production & Sound Engineering, this course is your chance to benefit from the practical music industry expertise and innovative teaching methods that Point Blank is known for whilst also gaining an internationally recognised Higher Education qualification awarded by a Middlesex University. It will enable you to make cutting edge music in your chosen style with professional techniques, taught by experienced music producers. Whilst building your knowledge of production, you’ll also learn key business skills and acquire industry contacts to help you launch your career in music. This CertHE is worth 120 internationally recognised credits at level 4. If you wish, you can progress onto year 2 of this programme and complete the DipHE, then in turn progress onto the final year of our BA (Hons) degree.
