As someone who doesn't eat many animal products, I try to include tofu in my diet every now and then. Especially on days when I haven't managed to get in any beans/pulses.

Sundays are for relaxing and chilling with family. They're also for baking/food prepping for the week ahead. If you're trying to eat healthier, organisation and food preparation is key! There is nothing worse than feeling hungry and realising there is nothing ready waiting for you in the fridge or cupboard and you now have to think of something to prepare or resort to buying something unhealthy.

If you’re new to baking, have never baked before or you’re looking to bake something that doesn’t require much preparation [...]

Because they feel so much more satisfying to me.Even if I make the same exact smoothie with the same exact ingredients and the same quantitiesand the only difference being one has more water than the other, which in theory should make me feel even more [...]

Homemade Raspberry Chocolate (Raw/Vegan/Dairy-free) – Video
Making your own dairy-free chocolate at home couldn't be easier! All you need is some coconut oil, cocoa powder and some sort of liquid sweetener. I like to add nut butter, especially cashew butter to make it more creamy and delicious :D but it's completely optional. I would however avoid using peanut butter because the taste is just too overpowering.
