Microsoft Dynamics CRM is now called Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing and Services. Dynamics 365 includes 6 different integrated modules: Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 for Marketing, Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation, Dynamics 365 for Field Service and Social Engagement.

These solutions may be sold separately or as part of the Dynamics 365 offering including ERP.
