SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -- A cold front is pushing across the region bringing cooler temps another chance for strong to severe storms, especially along and east of I-29 later today. As a result, the Sioux Falls area will have a First Alert Weather Day. Strong wind gusts and some hail will be the main threats. We’re also concerned about more flooding potential in the eastern parts of the area. Temperatures will start to drop once the front moves through and the wind switches to the north and northwest. Highs before that front moves through will be in the 70s and 80s.
