New Delhi: After ‘Operation Sindoor’, politics has started with the all -party delegation (all party delegation) being created to put India’s side on the global stage. The Congress has objected to the list of leaders issued by the government. The party said it had given the names of 4 leaders Anand Sharma, Gaurav Gogoi, Syed Nasir Hussain and Amarinder Singh Raja Wading, and Shashi Tharoor’s name was not included in the list. Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Friday wrote a letter to Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, suggested these 4 names.
‘Operation Sindoor’ and All -party delegation
Let us know that the government started in response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam ‘Operation vermilionAfter ‘Diplomatic Campaign) has decided to create 7 all -party delegations under Diplomatic Campaign. The delegation will visit major partner countries including the member countries of the United Nations Security Council from next week. Their purpose is to convey India’s strong message to the world and to highlight the terrorism of Pakistan.
These leaders are included in the all -party delegation
The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs said in a statement released on Saturday, “All -party delegations will put forward India’s national consent and firm attitude to combat all types of terrorism. They will take the country’s strong message to the world of not tolerating terrorism at all. The government has selected such leaders for these delegations, who are known for their vigor. These include:
- BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad
- BJP MP Baijayant Panda
- Congress MP Shashi Tharoor
- JDU MP Sanjay Jha
- DMK MP Kanimoi
- NCP (SP) MP Supriya Sule
- Shiv Sena MP Srikanth Shinde
There will also be diplomats with MPs
The 4 leaders involved in the delegation are from the ruling National Democratic Alliance i.e. NDA, while 3 are from opposition ‘India’ (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance) alliance. According to sources, each delegation will visit around 5 countries. The ministry said that each delegation will also include prestigious diplomats. The ministry’s statement said, “In the context of India’s continuous fight against operation vermilion and India’s continuous fight against cross -border terrorism, seven all -party delegations will visit major partner countries including members of the United Nations Security Council later this month.”

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said in a post on ‘X’, ‘India is united in the most important moments. Seven all -party delegations will soon visit major partner countries. They will take our shared message of not tolerating terrorism at all. It is a powerful reflection of national unity beyond differences, above politics. At the same time, the Congress objected to the government to include Shashi Tharoor in the delegation. The party said that it had given only the names of Anand Sharma, Gaurav Gogoi, Syed Nasir Hussain and Amarinder Singh Raja Wading.
