Haryana Live: Amidst India and Pakistan tension, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini discussed the current situation with all the district measures through a video conference and also issued instructions to all the district measures. After which Yamunanagar Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta has issued an advisory for blackouts in the district. Instructions have been issued to keep the lights closed daily from 10 am to 5 am.
