Foreign players returning home after IPL 2025 were postponed, big information surfaced

IPL 2025 was stopped for a week due to increasing military tension between India and Pakistan. The schedule of IPL 2025 is likely to come after a week. Meanwhile, most of the foreign players of the teams returned to their country on Saturday.

Since the tournament was postponed, the players and associate staff started returning to their city while many foreign players are also returning. Foreign players of RCB are Tim David, Liam Livingstone, Jacob Bethel, Romario Shepherd, Phil Salat, Josh Hazlewood, Lungi Angidi and Nuwan Tushara. Foreign associate staff include head coach Andy Flower, bowling coach Adam Gifith, Cricket Operations Director Mo Bobat, Team Physio Ivan Spacelie and Freddy Wilde.

BCCI expressed gratitude in RCB

RCB has told in the er statement that we are thankful for the support of BCCI, local authorities and police. An official of Lucknow Super Giants also said that some of his foreign players have gone on Saturday, while some will stop in India itself.

Players reached Delhi by train after the match was canceled

Players of Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals reached Delhi on Friday after the IPL match was canceled in Dharamshala. He was brought from Hoshiarpur to Jalandhar railway station in different batch under tight security. After this he was brought to Delhi by Vande Bharat Express. A Punjab King’s source said that most of his foreign players have left. Meanwhile, BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia said that after a comprehensive review of the situation, the revised program of the tournament and the Venue will be given.
