The report is based on an online survey between 2,006 employees from the regions of the country during May 12 to June 6.

The report stated that 30 percent of the employees admitted that they were extremely worried and already looking at the initial warning signs, while 26 percent described themselves as lightly worried and closely monitored the situation.
In such a scenario, the survey found that employees are taking action, 55 percent of the new certificates with the respondents, and 31 percent begin to explore new job opportunities or backup roles.
