India’s business community will fully boycott all types of trade and commercial relations with Türkiye and Azerbaijan. It also includes travel and tourism. More than 125 top trading leaders from across the country took this resolution unanimously at the National Trade Conference organized by the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) in Delhi on Friday. The business community has also appealed to the Indian film industry not to shoot any type of film in Türkiye and Azerbaijan. If a film is shot there, then the business world and the general public will boycott such films. It was also decided that no corporate house would shoot the promotion of its products in Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
Opposition to standing forces against India
According to the news, delegates from 24 states of the country participated in this conference and expressed solidarity with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and resolved to strictly oppose all those who are standing against India. The proposal has recently been passed by Türkiye and Azerbaijan in terms of open support in favor of Pakistan, when India is undergoing a sensitive and serious national security crisis. The business community believes that this is a type of betrayal with India, especially in view of the human and diplomatic assistance that India, especially Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, provided these countries in times of crisis.
Praveen Khandelwal described very unfortunate
On this occasion, CAIT general secretary and MP Praveen Khandelwal said that it is extremely unfortunate that Turkey and Azerbaijan, who took advantage of India’s goodwill, aid and strategic support, are supporting Pakistan today – which is known to support terrorism globally. His stance is India’s sovereignty and stroke on national interests and at the same time an insult to the sentiments of 140 crore Indians.
The conference also stated that it is unacceptable to make anti-India statements on international forums and support Pakistan, while Azerbaijan’s standing with Turkey and making public statements in favor of Pakistan show disrespect for India’s friendship and cooperation.
