Actually, the whole matter is of Tila Mor area of Ghaziabad. The accident took place here on Wednesday night in Tulsi Niketan Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) Janata Flats area. It is being told that Akash went to the nearby grocery store to buy rice with his nephew dynasty. He stood under a tin shed outside the grocery store. There was a flat above it, which was quite dilapidated. It is being told that suddenly the balcony of the shabby flat broke and fell on both. After this, Akash and Dynasty were buried in this debris and both died on the spot.

At the same time, the police said that the broken balcony was of Shabina Khan’s flat. Toilets were illegally built on this balcony. Assistant Police Commissioner (Shalimar Garden Area) Atul Kumar Singh said that appropriate legal action will be taken after investigation. The bodies have been sent for postmortem. At the same time, a GDA official said that this colony was built 30 years ago. It has been in a shabby state for many years. “The GDA had issued several public notices, urging the residents to vacate the flat, in view of security concerns and proposed reconstruction,” the official said.
