CBSE 2025 Results: The result of CBSE Board 12th class has been declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Students who appeared in the examination can check their results by visiting the official website cbse.gov.in. In this exam result, a total of 88.39% of the students have waved Safla.
Pass percentage increase by 0.41%
Let us know that this exam ran from 15 February 2025 to 4 April 2025. This year, the result has already seen improvement and more students have passed. This year a total of 17,04,367 students had registered for the examination, out of which 16,92,794 students appeared in the examination. Of these, 14,96,307 students passed, causing the total pass percentage of 88.39%. At the same time, last year (2024) pass percentage was 87.98%. Thus, pass percentage has increased by 0.41% this year.
Vijayawada leads in regional results
Talking about the result according to the region, Vijayawada was at the forefront, where the pass percentage was 99.60%. After this, 99.32% students passed in Trivandrum and 98.47% in Chennai. Both areas of Delhi – Delhi West (95.34%) and Delhi East (95.06%) – were also excellent.
Prayagraj’s performance on the other hand was the weakest, where the pass percentage was just 79.53%. Lower success rates were also seen in areas such as Noida (81.29%), Bhopal (82.46%), and Patna (82.86%). Talking about the Delhi East region, 1,80,162 students had registered there, out of which 1,79,422 students appeared in the examination and 1,79,551 students passed. The pass percentage of this sector was 95.06%, which is considered to be a very good performance.
Overall, this year the CBSE class 12th result has been positive and has seen improvement in students’ performance.
