Moscow: Russia’s President Vladimir Putin on Sunday proposed to resume a direct negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul on 15 May. This has increased the chances of ceasefire. Putin proposed to “resume” the peace talks between Russia and Ukraine in 2022 while speaking to reporters in Kremlin on Sunday morning.
