The Allahabad High Court has given a big blow to Vijay Mishra, a close lawyer of mafia Atik Ahmed. The High Court has rejected the parole application of lawyer Vijay Mishra. Jail lawyer Vijay Mishra sought bail from the court to attend his mother’s funeral. Vijay Mishra, who was jailed, sought a short -term bail from the court for 20 days from the court through his lawyer.
Vijay Mishra’s lawyer Manju Singh argued in the court that Vijay Mishra be granted short -term bail for 20 days to join his mother’s funeral and funeral. At 8 pm on Sunday night, the Special Bench of Allahabad High Court, while hearing the case, dismissed the appeal of Vijay Mishra.
