This season of IPL has been postponed at the moment, because the situation is not that of that kind. There is a war -like situation between India and Pakistan. Meanwhile, BCCI has prepared a plan B for IPL. That is, the possibility of this is very less that the remaining matches of this season of IPL should be in another country. However, it is not yet decided when and how the IPL will happen.

The remaining IPL matches can be held in three places

The IPL has been stopped due to tension between India and Pakistan. It has not been canceled yet, but is definitely postponed. It is now learned that if the remaining matches of IPL are held in May, then the BCCI has chosen three venue for this. A report by Cricinfo claimed that the remaining IPL matches may be held in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. Permission will be taken from the government first to get the remaining matches of IPL, only then further preparations will be made. Now there will be no matches in North India, South India has been selected for it.

If you have not been able to do it, then the remaining matches will be held at the end of the year

There are still 16 matches of this season of IPL. No updates have been given by the BCCI for when and where the remaining matches of IPL will be held. However, it is believed that they will not be able to compete with IPL soon. Right now there is any stress, but even if it decreases or ends, it does not seem possible to get matches done so soon. It is said that the BCCI has also told all the franchises. If the IPL could not be done in May, then it can be pulled again by the end of the year.

World Test Championship will be played in June

It is said that many foreign players have returned to their country after the IPL was postponed. In such a situation, it will not be easy to bring them back. However, the teams feel that the players will return. The problem is also that the final of the World Test Championship is to be played between Australia and South Africa at Lord’s from 11 June. Many players of these teams are also playing IPL. Currently, 12 leagues of IPL and then four playoffs are left. It has to be seen how long the tension between India and Pakistan is reduced and after that the BCCI makes some preparations for it.
